A weekend in the Midwest

We spent an extended weekend in Minnesota celebrating the marriage of two good friends. There was apple picking, a corn maze, rides in an old car, and of course a wedding. We all dressed up and gathered to celebrate love and friendship. It was a great few days being with long time friends and meeting new ones. The perfectly crisp Midwest fall was a few weeks ahead of ours here in Boston. It was great to put on sweaters and eat apples straight off the branch.
We are back home now and settling in for the cooler fall days ahead. There is something so nice about this time of year when you stay home most nights and just stand still for a while. I'm looking forward to it. But, for now a few photos of our trip!
This is Jake and Heather, the bride and groom. Lovely aren't they!
